Aurasma - Promising AR Technology
500000 objects recognized by the software on the phone! That's a lot of objects on iOS and Android phones. I wish they gave him more time to demo his product. I like this one :)

Enumerate Actions - Things to Practice
Enumerate Actions - Things to Practice
Think of all the actions of anything: a business, a project, cooking, cleaning house, whatever. Try to enumerate as many as possible and put them in a mind map, tree structure, or graph. Then for each action list its details, benefits, costs, what’s wrong with it, time to achieve and so on. Go over them again and list how each can be enhanced and how long it will take to enhance, how much it would cost, what we would lose and so on. Pick the enhancements with the highest benefit to cost/loss ratio and implement them.
Problem Seeking - Things to Practice
Problem Seeking - Things to Practice
In everything you do, see, read, hear, notice or interact with, try to find and focus on the problems and pains that you or others face. Write them down, gather details about them, talk to people who may be facing the same problems. Think of the solutions and how you can alleviate these pains. Focus on the ones with the biggest rewards.
Refuse. Reject. - Things to Practice
Refuse. Reject. - Things to Practice
Reject the status quo. Refuse limitations. Don’t accept them and take things for granted. Question them. Look for ways to prove them wrong and find those ways.
